The Nordonia Hills Chamber of Commerce plays a vital role in supporting the economic development of our surrounding communities by offering Ribbon Cuttings to welcome new member businesses into the area. Along with this warm introduction, our Chamber provides a wealth of additional complimentary member benefits designed to help your business thrive.
Whether it’s a Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting, or Groundbreaking Ceremony the Nordonia Chamber of Commerce is excited to partner with your business to celebrate your significant milestones and amplify your message.

The Ribbon Cutting service is available to businesses that meet one of the following criteria:

• Opened within the last 12 months
• Underwent a change in ownership or management
• Relocated to a new address
• Completed a remodel or expansion at its current location

We’ll provide the ribbon, and the ceremonial scissors, coordinate with Board of Directors, the Mayors office and invite other notable officials, and broadcast your celebration to the community through our social media platforms.

We offer a helpful pre-planning reference guide outlining key steps to take before your ribbon cutting. Once your event is scheduled, we’ll promptly email you this guide to ensure a smooth and successful ceremony.

A Chamber Ambassadors will lead the ceremony, complete with a 3-foot ribbon and large ceremonial scissors.
Photography: We’ll capture photos of the event, which will be sent to you for social media usage.
Availability: Our services are available Monday and Wednesdays between 10:30 am – 3:00 pm, and Friday from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm.
Chamber Gift: As part of the celebration, the business owner will receive a welcome bag of goodies from our local members.
Promotional Signage: Grand opening sign will be installed at your business as part of the Chamber’s promotional support.
