Committee Responsibilities Overview

  • Business Development Committee: Coordinate events to promote NHCOC member businesses.
  • Finance and Budget Committee: Ensure sound fiscal operations, manage yearly budget, conduct audits, and oversee fundraising projects.
  • Membership & Welcome Committee: Conduct drives to maximize representation of eligible organizations and individuals in the Chamber.
  • Program Committee: Prepare programs, formats, and speakers for monthly membership meetings. Networking Meetings and After Hour Gatherings
  • Service Committee: Develop and maintain community service initiatives to strengthen NHCOC’s role in Nordonia Hills.
  • Scholarship Committee: Focus on raising funds through various initiatives to support scholarships for local high school students, fostering educational opportunities and community involvement.
  • Nominating Committee: Responsible for recognizing and celebrating local businesses for their exceptional contributions to the Chamber and community, encouraging members to actively engage and volunteer in the nomination process to showcase our vibrant membership.
